Privacy notice
How we care for your information
Novaliches Evangelical Church respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us: your name, contact details and message on the Contact form, and your prayer request (your name and contact details are optional). For church members, the church keeps membership records with the member's consent.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to pray for you, to provide pastoral care, and to run the church. We never sell it, and we do not share it outside the church's leadership unless the law requires us to.
Who can see it
Only authorised church staff can see the information you send. A prayer request marked “share with the pastors only” is seen only by the pastors and the church's system administrator.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access and correct your information, to object to its use, and to ask for it to be deleted. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies
This website uses one cookie, which keeps forms and sign-in working. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Contact page shows a Google map; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
